The Consortium for Service Innovation seeks to link the latest academic thinking from thought leaders across a variety of disciplines with the operational challenges and experiences of the members. The outcome is innovative service models, strategies, practices and standards that are operational. As an active member, Stone Cobra contributes to the direction and outcomes of the Consortium and benefits from the real-time case studies shared by the industry leading members.

Apache Software Foundation

Membership in The Apache Software Foundation is a privilege and is by invitation only. Members have proven themselves by contributing to one or more of the Foundation’s projects which are characterized by a collaborative, consensus based development process, an open and pragmatic software license, and a desire to create high quality software that leads the way in its field. Through a collaborative and meritocratic development process, Apache projects deliver enterprise-grade, freely available software products that attract large communities of users. Stone Cobra is an active contributor to open source projects, promoting their use in appropriate solutions for the enterprise.

HDI

The Mission Statement of HDI is to lead and promote support professionals by empowering members through access to timely and valuable industry information, encouraging member collaboration, establishing open standards, and providing globally recognized certification and training programs. Through participation in HDI, Stone Cobra contributes leading technology capabilities to the member community while benefiting from the learnings of the collective experiences of other member organizations.

itSMF USA

itSMF USA is a member driven organization based on the ITIL framework (originally developed in the 1980s). IT Service Management has expanded to support and promote other Service Management frameworks such as ISO20000, COBIT, BS17799, PRINCE2, Six Sigma and many others. Since their beginning in 1997, the itSMF USA has grown to become the premier IT Service Management professional forum. Stone Cobra is a proud member that delivers value-based software products and services in support of these industry leading best practices.
