As a Lead Software Architect at Stone Cobra, you will have a key position on a small team designing, developing and testing our software products. This role will be extremely influential in driving the product architecture and company growth. As the architect you will be responsible for design, architecture, and implementation of Enterprise applications in Customer Service and Support (CRM). PM/Implementation Manager
Description:
Seeking a motivated and experienced Implementation Manager to deliver multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced start-up environment. You will be responsible for directing the activities of business analysts, developers and language engineers to deploy large-scale enterprise software projects.
Additional responsibilities include communicating with high profile clients on a daily basis and the creation of project plans, design documents and status reports. Regional travel may be required.
Ongoing functions include meeting with customers to understand their technology integration needs and concerns, facilitating scoping and design sessions and interfacing with engineering, marketing and business teams.
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools
- At least 5 years of Enterprise Software consulting or project manager experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Professional client management experience
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to drive multiple simultaneous projects to completion on-time and within budget.

Senior Technical Product Manager
Stone Cobra is an enterprise software startup looking for a hands-on, experienced, and passionate product manager to take ownership of our enterprise software products. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product requirements and driving product execution for both new product solutions as well as subsequent versions of existing products and solutions. For a motivated individual who seeks the intense, dynamic, startup experience, this is a rare high-impact opportunity to work primarily with the executive team to drive product management.
Primary emphasis of this position is on inbound product definition/design through product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the CTO, Technical Lead, UX Designer and Business SME for one or more software products to define and document requirements.
- Own the delivery of the products and roadmaps.
- Drive application design sessions involving business and technical audiences.
- Transform business and end-user requirements into detailed software functional requirements, and project manage the Product Development Team to ensure delivery of high quality product, in accordance with the specifications, on-time and on-budget.
- Analyze business and end-user requirements for clarity, completeness, scope, and technical feasibility.
- Participate in QA to ensure business requirements are met.
- Analyze and document technical issues and work with the appropriate lead to develop solutions.
- Interface with prospects/customers and Stone Cobra teams as the product and subject matter expert.
- Understanding the competition from a product and positioning perspective.
- Craft product messaging and positioning, collateral, demos, presentations and other sales tools.
- Work closely with professional services, training and technical support organizations to ensure appropriate levels of support for the product.
- Participate in product rollout with sales, product development, and marketing.
- Provide product expertise in competitive sales cycles, marketing events, and other outbound activities as required.
Functional Qualifications
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to ask “probing” questions as appropriate to drill down into details.
- Ability to flow seamlessly between the business and technical realms and speak both languages fluently.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- 5-10 years of experience designing and building enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SFA, contract management, knowledge management), with at least 3 in Enterprise Software Product Management.
- Experience managing at least one new-to-market product through the entire product lifecycle in a start-up environment with a track record of high-delivery.
- Produced multiple MRDs and detailed Functional Specifications.
- Crafted product messaging, collateral, demos, presentations and other sales tools.
- Experience pitching product in pre-sales situations.
- Strong technical skills and a detailed understanding of software systems to effectively collaborate with engineering on product requirements.
- Ability to translate probing conversations with customers into a compelling, clear, and actionable product plan.
- Strong leader, self-starter and proven team player in a high achievement-oriented environment.
Domain Qualifications
- Enterprise software start-up experience is required.
- Multiple years of experience with a variety of enterprise software products.
- CRM product experience is highly desired.
- Understanding of KCS, ITIL, and KT methodologies is a big plus.
